PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE INVENTORY ON THE SITE DAILY, SO THERE IS A CHANCE THAT SOME ITEMS YOU ORDER COULD BE OUT OF STOCK. 

 

Standard Delivery Information

Most orders that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days.  Then it will take an additional 2 to 7 days depending on your location and shipping method.

Notification will be given to customer of delayed shipment, if possible.  

     

    Return/Exchange Information

    We want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it for a exchange, credit or refund of the merchandise purchase price within 30 days.  All refunds must be within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after 30 days.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Incorrect/Damaged Items
    If an item is defective or incorrect and you need to exchange/return the item, send us an email at imaginationunlimited@outlook.com and send your item to: 330 Rayford Road, Suite 263, Spring, TX  77386.  We will exchange your product or refund your money and include original shipping charges.


    Shipping of Return Items
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 330 Rayford Road, Suite 263, Spring, Texas US 77386.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Note: Unless the return/exchange is due to an error we can't refund shipping charges.
